Equinox Partners, along with their colleagues at FMC International, have been producing marketing materials for Allied Irish Bank and their life assurance subsidiary for over 10 years, mainly working within the areas of Pensions, Protection and Savings.

We welcomed the opportunity, therefore, of working with AIB’s joint venture partner, Aviva Ireland, on various new projects at the start of 2010.

Company or Group Pensions, offered by employers for their staff, have become a statutory requirement. These easy-to-read guides explain to employees the very real benefits of a pension arrangement; and to company directors and trustees how to go about working with Aviva to provide the very best pension provision for their workers.

This exercise is a good example of how durable printed materials are used as a permanent, portable record of information in the current, transient, web-based environment.

As part of Aviva’s ongoing support to their clients providing Company or Group Pensions, these simple-tounderstand guides explain to employees the very real benefits of their company’s pension arrangement and remind them of staff meetings and consultations.

The information material provided can be co-branded with the client’s company logo to provide the necessary endorsement for the scheme by the company directors to their staff.

The completion of the Aviva Stadium in Lansdowne Road, Dublin has been a cause for great national celebration and will be a useful vehicle for marketing Aviva’s products in Ireland.

The promotion of the Aviva Stadium to Ireland’s Financial Adviser community is through a mailer (bottom left) containing a sample of the Stadium grass seed, along with instructions as to how to grow it.

The benefits will be immediate. A new savings campaign offers free trips to the Stadium on the Opening Day for Financial Advisers and their clients who sign up to Aviva’s Regular Saver Plan.

The folder (top left) distributed to Advisers contained examples of the targeted A5 bookets, an A4 Regular Saver brochure and sample marketing letters.
